Every year it seems that often injured Carolina Panthers running back Deshaun Foster is primed for a breakout year, and every year he seems to disappoint. In 2006, Foster managed only 897 yards and 3 touchdowns, while missing two games due to injury.
At best, Foster is best used as a third stringer. If Foster can't pull it together in training camp, look for DeAngelo Williams to challenge for the starting job.
