After a descent rookie season in 2005, Tampa Bay Buccaneers running back Carnell "Cadillac" Williams stalled in 2006, rushing for only 798 yards and a touchdown. Definitely NOT what you want from your fantasy football running back!
Time will tell if the Cadillac will get rolling again under a revamped offensive line, but its hard to believe he won't improve on his 2006 numbers.
While drafting Williams in the early rounds would certainly be a mistake, he still makes a nice backup for your bye weeks or an insurance policy if one of your other starters get injured - but make sure to take him in a later round.
The main factor that hurts Williams value is the Mike Alstott factor, who will likely steal some of his goal line carries.
